Deploy new Care Professionals to clients within two weeks of hire. Create and manage monthly rotas in advance to minimize agency use and provide clear communication. Ensure rota changes are communicated by Thursday of the prior week.
Manage guaranteed hours contracts to prevent unnecessary top-up payments. Oversee annual leave requests to maintain service continuity. Recruitment
