Shadow and support new care workers during their community visitsHelp new team members build confidence and follow correct care proceduresCarry out regular spot checks to ensure high standards are maintainedProvide constructive feedback, coaching and guidance to care workersMonitor care delivery, professionalism, punctuality and record-keepingIdentify training or development needs and report any concernsPromote person-centred care and ensure clients are treated with dignity and respectWork closely with the management team to improve the quality of our serviceTo apply, you must: Have at least 3 years domiciliary care experienceHave strong leadership and communication skillsBe confident working independently in the communityBe dependable, organised and committed to high-quality careHave a caring, approachable and professional attitudePrevious experience as a Care Worker is essential, or a Senior Carer, Field Care Supervisor or similar would be an advantage.
