We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to lead our well-established domiciliary care service, ensuring the delivery of exceptional, person-centred care while maintaining full compliance with CQC regulations. Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day management of the domiciliary care service.
  • Ensure the service remains fully compliant with CQC regulations and all relevant legislation.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team through recruitment, supervision, appraisals, and ongoing training.
  • Ensure all care plans and risk assessments are accurate, person-centred, and regularly reviewed.
  • Monitor service quality through audits, spot checks, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Manage staffing levels, rotas, and operational performance to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, local authorities, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders.
  • Investigate incidents, complaints, and safeguarding concerns, ensuring appropriate action is taken.
  • Support business development and identify opportunities to grow the service while maintaining exceptional standards. About You
  • Previous experience as a Care Manager or Deputy Manager within a CQC-regulated domiciliary care service.
  • Registered with the CQC or eligible to become a Registered Manager.
  • Strong knowledge of CQC Fundamental Standards, safeguarding, and relevant health and social care legislation.
  • Proven leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience managing care quality, compliance, and operational performance.
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or working towards it) is desirable.
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle. What We Offer
