Your Role & Responsibilities You'll take full ownership of care packages and lead by example, ensuring services are safe, compliant, and person-centred at all times. Your

key responsibilities will include

Completing comprehensive risk assessments and developing high-quality, tailored care plans . Providing effective supervision, coaching, and appraisals to support workers, embedding accountability and professional standards.

Monitoring and reviewing care packages, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and high standards in daily documentation. Building strong, professional relationships with clients, families, staff teams, and multi-disciplinary professionals.

Managing rotas and staffing levels to ensure reliable, safe, and responsive service delivery. Making confident decisions in fast-paced situations while maintaining quality and compliance. What We Offer We value strong leadership and reward commitment and performance: £28,000-£30,000 pa dependent on experience , including on-call responsibilities.
