Responsibilities include: Opening and securing the school site Carrying out general repairs and maintenance Supporting health and safety checks Supervising contractors on site Preparing rooms for meetings and school events Maintaining the grounds and external areas The school is looking for someone who is reliable, proactive, and able to work independently.
Previous caretaking, maintenance, facilities, or site experience would be beneficial.
