Job Description We're looking for an experienced Carpenter Multi Trade to carry out responsive repairs in social housing properties across Spalding. This is an initial three-month contract with the potential to be extended.
As a Carpenter Multi Trade, you will be: Carrying out responsive repairs Completing first and second-fix carpentry Undertaking basic plumbing repairs Completing minor patch plastering and tiling Working in occupied social housing properties I'd love to speak to anyone who has: Experience working in social housing or responsive repairs Carpentry and multi-trade experience Their own van and tools A full UK driving licence The Carpenter Multi Trade role offers: £23 per hour Weekly pay Initial 3-month contract Potential for a long-term extension Consistent workload If this Carpenter Multi Trade role sounds like the right fit, apply now or call Sam on 07451 262471.
