Cashier | Private Bank London Temp Role Cameron Kennedy is working with a well-established international private bank in London, recruiting for a Cashier to join their Retail Banking team at their London branch. This is a great opportunity for someone with cashiering or branch banking experience to join a boutique, relationship-focused private bank offering high standards of client service to both UK and international customers.
What you'll be doing
Delivering over-the-counter cashier services, including cash deposits and withdrawals in Sterling and foreign currencies Processing cheque deposits and internal transfers, liaising with Retail Operations Balancing daily cash holdings and reconciling tills Supporting AML/Financial Crime checks and screenings on cash transactions Maintaining secure custody of debit cards, PINs and safe deposit records Assisting Relationship Managers and international clients with day-to-day banking requests Supporting wider branch operations, with training provided across multi-product processing
What we're looking for
Previous experience in a similar cashiering/branch banking environment Fluent Arabic speaker (reading, written and spoken) - essential Strong English and numeracy skills PC literate, including Excel Calm under pressure, with excellent attention to detail and communication skills A professional, flexible and customer-focused approach This is an excellent opportunity to build a career within a private banking environment with genuine scope for development into broader operational areas.
