HGV Class 1 Driver Location: Castle Donington New passes welcome HGV Class driving experience required Rota: 4 on 4 off days and nights 24-7 Recruitment Services, acting as an Employment Business, are currently recruiting experienced HGV Class 1 Drivers on behalf of our client based in Castle Donington DE74 This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced drivers looking for ongoing, long-term work with a well-established and rapidly growing business in the East Midlands.
The Role As an HGV Class 1 Driver, you will be responsible for Store deliveries , trunking goods to client stores throughout the UK . The role will involve: Delivering to stores throughout the UK Securing loads using straps and bars Manual handling HGV Class 1 Driver Requirements To be considered for this role, you must: Hold a valid Class 1 / CE licence Hold a valid Tacho Card and CPC Have no more than 6 points on your licence Have no DD, DR, TT or IN endorsements Be available to work 4 on 4 off days or 4 on 4 off nights Be comfortable with manual handling and securing loads Assessment: Approximately 3 hours ( unpaid ) Pay Benefits £19.51 per hour Days / £ 21.82 per hour Nights £29.26 after 43.75 hours £2.31 ph Between 20.00 and 04.00 PAYE Dynamic Rates Long-term, ongoing position 4 on 4 off days and nights Immediate starts available Additional shifts may be available Logistics | Distribution | Supply Chain IND1
