p strong Catastrophic Injury Solicitor /strong /p p strong Birmingham | Hybrid Working | Up to £50,000 DOE + Benefits | 0+ PQE /strong /p p br /p p This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-value, technically complex claims within a well-established and highly regarded practice, offering clear progression and long-term career development. /p p br /p p You will be joining a well-established team in Birmingham with a fantastic reputation for handling high-value catastrophic injury matters.

This role is particularly exciting as it is to work with an experienced lawyer who works with a mix of self-insured corporate and insurance clients. As such, you will work with them directly and help them to further develop their book of work. /p p br /p p strong Variety of high value EL/PL and RTA /strong /p p br /p p The role promises a mixed caseload of EL/PL and RTA-related injuries.

You will be working with clients in various sectors including, retail and manufacturing. The range of claims is equally broad including: /p p br /p ul li Brain, spinal, amputation and fatal injury claims /li li High-value RTA, EL and PL matters /li li Complex and multi-party litigation /li /ul p br /p p strong Overview of the opportunity /strong /p p br /p p

Your responsibilities will include

/p p br /p ul li Managing and progressing claims from instruction through to resolution /li li Drafting pleadings and attending JSMs, mediations and court hearings /li li Working closely with experts, counsel and insurer clients /li li Contributing to case strategy on high-value matters /li li Supporting and mentoring junior team members /li /ul p br /p p strong Who would suit this role /strong /p p br /p p This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading complex injury team offering high-quality work and genuine career progression. /p p br /p p Applications are invited from newly qualified solicitors up to around 3 PQE in personal injury litigation.
