Start Monday is recruiting on behalf of a successful and growing engineering business looking to strengthen its team with an experienced Commercial Catering Engineer.

If you're confident working on commercial kitchen equipment, have strong fault-finding skills and enjoy getting the job done properly, this could be just the opportunity you've been looking for. You'll be joining a business that invests in its engineers, offering ongoing manufacturer training, opportunities to develop your technical skills and a varied workload supporting customers across London and the Home Counties.

The Role You'll be responsible for servicing, maintaining, fault-finding and repairing a wide range of commercial catering equipment, with occasional installation work. Equipment includes: Rational SCC and iCombi Pro ovens - gas and electric Commercial dishwashers and glasswashers Fryers and griddles Bratt pans Salamanders and chargrills A variety of other commercial kitchen equipment Manufacturer training is available on additional product ranges, giving you the opportunity to broaden your skills and develop your expertise. What You'll Need

Essential

COMCAT 1, 2, 3 and 5 CCN1 and CCCN1 Current Gas Safe registration covering natural gas and LPG Proven commercial catering equipment servicing and repair experience Experience working on Rational SCC and iCombi Pro ovens, both gas and electric Experience servicing warewashing equipment Good electrical fault-finding skills Full UK driving licence Electrical qualifications such as 18th Edition, NVQ, City & Guilds or HNC would be a real advantage.

Salary, Hours & Benefits £48,000-£55,000 BASIC salary, depending on experience Overtime opportunities to increase your earnings Monday to Friday, 7am-4pm 30-minute unpaid lunch break 1 week in 5 on-call rota Company van and fuel card Company tools and workwear Ongoing manufacturer and in-house training Long-term career opportunities with a growing business Interested?
