Catering Manager – Activity Centre Location - Aylesbury Salary - £35,963 per annum Are you an experienced Head Chef, Chef Manager or Catering Manager with strong team leadership and high-volume catering experience? We're looking for a confident catering professional to lead a busy operation, managing a team of Chefs and Catering Assistants while ensuring excellent standards of food, service and safety.

The Role Lead, motivate and develop a catering team Manage high-volume food production and service Maintain excellent food safety, hygiene and allergen standards Manage staffing, stock and catering budgets Ensure consistent quality across the operation About You You'll have: Proven experience managing catering teams Experience in high-volume or mass catering Strong organisational and decision-making skills Excellent food safety and allergen knowledge A passion for developing people and delivering quality What's on offer?
