Job Description Centre Manager Automotive Location: Okehampton Salary: Up to £36,000 basic + £10,000 bonus Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 8:30am 5:00pm, 1 in 2 Saturdays: 8:30am 4:00pm, Day off in the week when working Saturdays 30446 We are currently recruiting for an experienced Centre Manager to join a well-established automotive fast-fit business in theOkehampton area.

The Role
As Centre Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance of the site, ensuring exceptional customer service, strong financial results, and smooth day-to-day operations. Youll lead a team of 12 staff (10 productive), driving both performance and engagement.
