Essential RequirementsLevel 2 Taking Control of Goods CertificationFull UK driving licencePrevious experience as an Enforcement AgentDemonstrable experience recovering judgment debtAbility to work independently and manage your own workloadFor self-employed applicants, own suitable vehicleAbout the OpportunityWe are currently recruiting on behalf our of client for experienced Enforcement Agents to cover Salisbury and the surrounding areas .We are seeking certified Enforcement Agents who are looking for either a permanent employed position or a self-employed opportunity with an established and highly regarded provider of High Court Enforcement services.
The successful candidate will be responsible for executing High Court Writs, recovering outstanding judgment debts and managing enforcement activity across their designated area. We are particularly interested in experienced agents who can demonstrate a successful track record in judgment debt recovery, possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, and are confident working independently in a field-based environment.

you will
Receive instructions electronically and manage allocated cases effectivelyMake attendances at debtors addresses across Salisbury and the surrounding areaExecute High Court Writs and recover outstanding judgment debtsEngage professionally with debtors to secure paymentRequest payment in full where appropriate and negotiate suitable payment arrangements where requiredCollect and securely process payments in line with relevant proceduresSubmit detailed attendance reports electronically following visitsComplete all relevant paperwork accurately and within required timescalesTake control of goods and arrange for their removal where necessaryManage the removal and handling of goods in accordance with relevant legislation and proceduresDeal professionally with telephone calls and communications from debtorsMaintain accurate records relating to enforcement activity and paymentsWork independently while maintaining communication with the wider operational teamCarry out all duties in accordance with relevant legislation, regulations and industry standardsSkills & AttributesStrong work ethic and commitment to achieving successful outcomesProven experience recovering judgment debtSelf-motivated and highly organisedExcellent communication, influencing and negotiation skillsConfident dealing with individuals in potentially challenging situationsProfessional, resilient and able to remain calm under pressureFlexible approach to working hours, including early mornings, evenings and weekendsComfortable working independently in a field-based environmentStrong attention to detailAbility to complete electronic reports and paperwork accuratelyProfessional approach to confidentiality and client serviceAbout YouYou will be an experienced, certified and motivated Enforcement Agent with a strong understanding of High Court enforcement and a proven ability to recover judgment debt successfully.
