Responsibilities
- Deliver project and professional building surveying services
- Manage refurbishment projects through all stages
- Prepare dilapidations and technical due diligence reports
- Undertake surveys and condition assessments
- Advise on CDM regulations and party wall mattersRequirements
- MRICS Chartered status
- RICS accredited degree or equivalent
- Experience across project and professional instructions
- Multi-sector project exposure
- Strong technical and commercial understandingSalary & Package
- £55,000 – £65,000 base salary
