Chartered Building Surveyor

Role OverviewAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a Chartered Building Surveyor to join our Architecture and Building Surveying South West team. Are you ready to apply Make sure you understand all the responsibilities and tasks associated with this role before proceeding.

Based out of our Exeter Office, you'll be working with our team with a wide range of experience, focusing on: Specification, Tendering, Contract Administration and Project delivery of works ranging from 30k-2m (subject to experience);Undertaking pre-purchase building surveys of residential and commercial property;Preparing schedules of condition for leasehold purposes;Undertaking inspections and producing Planned Preventative Maintenance Schedules;Undertaking reinstatement cost assessments for a wide range of properties and portfolio types;Providing advice and consultancy on general defect analysis of property;Maintaining our established client base and growing new leads.
