Chartered Quantity Surveyor

Job Description An independent property and construction consultancy are looking to appoint an experienced Chartered Quantity Surveyor to join their London team. The Chartered Quantity Surveyor's Role As a Chartered Quantity Surveyor, you'll take ownership of your own portfolio, delivering pre and post contract cost consultancy services across a diverse range of projects.

You'll be involved throughout the project lifecycle, from early-stage cost planning and feasibility through to procurement, tendering, cost reporting, contract administration and final accounts. This role would suit a technically strong and commercially minded Chartered Quantity Surveyor who values autonomy, client exposure and the opportunity to make a genuine contribution within an independent consultancy.
