Chef de Partie

Kismet is a new restaurant in Borough Market, inspired by the meyhanes of North Cyprus and Turkey. Were looking for experienced Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. Were looking for chefs who are passionate about food, have strong cooking skills and take pride in working with good ingredients and maintaining high standards.

The role involves working across a menu centred around meze, seasonal produce and cooking over charcoal. Were looking for chefs who: Have experience working as a Chef de Partie Have strong basic cooking and knife skills Work cleanly and stay organised Care about consistency and attention to detail Are reliable and work well as part of a team Are keen to learn and develop Experience with Turkish, Cypriot or Mediterranean cooking is welcome but not essential.
