Chef Manager

The Role As Chef Manager you will have full responsibility for the retail workplace restaurant leading a small team in a fast-paced environment. You will also support the wider team when required offering culinary input menu collaboration and operational support.

You will be accountable for: Maintaining exceptional food safety hygiene and allergen controls Ensuring full compliance with HACCP EHO and Genuine Dining standards Leading a strong food safety culture through training coaching and attention to detail Delivering consistent quality and safe systems across all retail services Creativity Menu Innovation Alongside operational excellence creativity is key.

Design and deliver modern exciting menus that encourage engagement and repeat visits Champion seasonal produce and premium ingredients Balance innovation with volume pace and commercial awareness Drive sustainable practices reducing food waste and carbon impact
