Cater to varied nutritional needs, including soft/pureed diets and allergen-specific options. Keep kitchen workspaces clean, sanitized, and compliant with safety guidelines. Support stock management, rotation, and delivery checks. Requirements
Essential
Previous culinary experience in a residential care home, hospital, or similar care facility. Valid Food Hygiene certificate. Familiarity with nutritional guidelines and diet modifications for elderly residents. Great work ethic, empathy, and strong team communication skills.
