Chief Technologist - Workspace

Overview

In this senior role, you will own the technology decisions for Softcats Workspace proposition and act as a bridge between product, sales, and services. You will shape modern workspace solutions to reduce cost, enhance digital experiences, and accelerate transformation for customers. Your work will influence strategy across the Workspace Technology Tower Council and leadership teams, ensuring short-term success and long-term change-readiness. You will lead with collaboration, customer engagement, and clear, impactful storytelling to drive adoption and value.

Responsibilities

• Ambassador for Softcat values and culture
• Provide technology market insights and guidance to Workspace TTC and leadership
• Identify common customer problems and opportunities for adoption
• Select products and services to address customer problems
• Plan the customer engagement journey through Softcat
• Create simple, compelling stories for sellers and customers
