The Role

• You will manage a varied caseload of childcare matters, including:
• /n
• /n
• Care proceedings /n
• Adoption matters /n
• Special Guardianship Orders /n
• Child protection issues /n
• Public law children work /n
• Advocacy and attendance at hearings where appropriate /n
• /n

You will work closely with clients, local authorities, guardians and other professionals to achieve the best possible outcomes for children and families.

About You

• The successful candidate will:

Be a qualified Solicitor with panel membership.

/n

Have experience handling childcare and public law children matters.

/n

Be confident managing their own caseload.

/n

Possess excellent communication and client care skills.

Be able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
