Our highly regarded Legal 500-ranked firm in Hertfordshire is seeking a Childcare Solicitor (3+ PQE) to join our specialist Family & Childcare team. The Role
Managing a varied caseload of public law children matters. Representing parents, guardians, and children in care proceedings. Preparing cases and conducting advocacy where appropriate. Working closely with colleagues and external professionals to achieve the best outcomes for clients.
About You
At least 3 years' post-qualified experience in childcare/public law children matters. Strong advocacy and case management skills. A member of the Children Panel (or working towards this) is highly desirable. A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
