This is a needs-led service specifically supporting children with complex needs designed to create a nurturing, safe, and empowering environment for every young person in our care .Were now seeking a compassionate, experienced, and motivatedDeputy Managerto join us from the beginning helping shape the culture, build the team, and establish high standards from day one .

You will

Support and supervise a team of Senior and Support WorkersDeliver and maintain high standards of care, safeguarding, and supportLead on care planning, risk management, and regulatory compliancePromote a child - centred, therapeutic approach to behaviour and developmentTake full responsibility for the home in the absence of the Registered ManagerBuild strong working relationships with families, professionals, and external agenciesHelp create a warm , stable, and structured environment that enables every child to thriveUndertake on call duties to support the home.

About YouYoull be a confident and resilient leader with a passion for making a difference in children's lives. Youll also have: Experience working in a childrens residential or specialist care settingA strong understanding of Ofsted regulations and relevant legislationKnowledge of Health & Social Care standards for Children and Young PeopleNVQ Level 3 (or higher) in Health and Social Care (Children and Young People)Experience supporting children with complex emotional , behavioural, and learning needs.

The ability to lead , support and inspire a team to deliver exceptional care. A full UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle. This role is also subject to enhanced DBS checks and comprehensive vetting procedures in line with safer recruitment standards. At present, we are unable to offer visa sponsorship.
