If you have previous experience working in social care and are confident supporting adolescents in a residential setting, we want to hear from you! THE ROLE Youll be supporting young people with: Day-to-day care and routines Emotional wellbeing and development Positive behaviour support Activities, independence and life skills Safeguarding and maintaining a safe environment Challenging situations and behaviours Building positive and trusting relationships WE'RE LOOKING FOR: Previous social care experience essential Experience working with children/young people desirable Reliable, professional and resilient Confident managing challenging situations Available for day shifts, night shifts or both IMMEDIATE SHIFTS AVAILABLE GET STARTED NOW!
