Key Responsibilities
Designing roads, drainage, and sewer infrastructure for development projectsPreparing and reviewing detailed engineering drawings, calculations, and technical reportsUndertaking site development and infrastructure design for residential and commercial schemesLiaising with clients, local authorities, statutory bodies, and multidisciplinary project teamsSupporting the delivery of projects from feasibility through to constructionEnsuring designs comply with current industry standards, regulations, and client requirementsAssisting with the coordination and management of project documentation and drawing packagesJob
Requirements
Essential Experience: Proven civil engineering design experience within a consultancy, developer, or housebuilder environmentExperience in site development, roads, drainage, and sewer designStrong understanding of UK design standards and approval processesAbility to manage multiple projects and work effectively within a team environmentPractical design experience is essentialQualifications: Degree-qualified in Civil Engineering or a related disciplineChartered Engineer (CEng MICE) preferredCandidates actively working towards Chartership will also be consideredTechnical
