How you'll make an impactIn this role, you’ll manage claims from start to finish, providing expert advice and support to clients. You’ll guide them through the claims process with empathy and clarity, ensuring their expectations are met.

You’ll also act as a trusted advisor, reviewing complex cases, challenging insurer decisions when needed, and mentoring less experienced colleagues. Your work will help clients navigate challenging situations while maintaining the highest standards of service and compliance.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:Supporting clients with technical advice on complex claims. Keeping all systems updated with accurate data. Liaising with insurers, loss adjusters, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth claims resolution.
