Claims Field Investigator Are you an experienced Claims or Fraud Investigator looking for a field-based role where no two cases are the same? We are recruiting a Claims Field Investigator to join an established specialist investigations team, handling a portfolio of domestic and commercial insurance claims that require further investigation.
This is a home/field-based UK role, involving travel to conduct investigations and meet policyholders and other relevant parties. What you will do: Manage your own portfolio of domestic or commercial claim investigations Conduct field visits, interviews and take detailed statements Gather and assess evidence to identify potential fraud or inconsistencies Liaise with policyholders, insurers, witnesses and relevant third parties Carry out enquiries and checks to support claim decisions Negotiate settlements and communicate claim outcomes where appropriate Produce clear, evidence-based investigation reports Ensure investigations comply with relevant legislation and industry requirements
What we're looking for
