Class 1 Driver

Class 1 Driver – Trunking / Parcel Deliveries Monday to Friday | Day & Night Shifts Available Extra Recruitment are currently recruiting for experienced Class 1 (C+E) Drivers to join a busy parcel delivery operation. This is an excellent opportunity for drivers looking for consistent, ongoing work with a well-established and busy company.

There is no seasonal slowdown, making this a great long-term opportunity with the potential to secure a permanent position.

The Role

Trunking work for a parcel delivery company. Driving modern vehicles with box trailers. Completing approximately 1–3 drops per shift. Mainly trunking between depots. Monday to Friday working pattern. Ongoing work available throughout the year.

Shift Options & Pay: Day Shifts: Start times between 6:00am and 8:00am. £17.50 per hour. Night Shifts: Start times between 6:00pm and 8:00pm. £18.50 per hour. The Ideal Candidate: Valid Class 1 (Category C+E) driving licence.

Minimum 1 year of Class 1 driving experience. No more than 6 penalty points. Experience with box trailers preferred. Reliable, punctual and professional. Comfortable with trunking work. What's on Offer: Ongoing temp-to-perm opportunity.
