Job Description HGV Class 1 Driver Measham SourceCo Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of a leading logistics operation in Measham and are looking for experienced HGV Class 1 Drivers to join their team. We have opportunities available across day and night shifts , offering competitive pay rates and regular work.
The Role As an HGV Class 1 Driver, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient delivery and collection of goods, ensuring all loads are transported securely and in line with company and legal requirements.
Key responsibilities
Driving an HGV Class 1 vehicle safely and professionallyCompleting deliveries and collections as requiredCarrying out vehicle checks and reporting any defectsEnsuring all paperwork and delivery documentation is completed accuratelyAdhering to drivers' hours, working time regulations and road safety requirementsProviding a professional and reliable service to customersPay & Shifts Day Shift: £18.04 per hour, including holiday payNight Shift: £19.16 per hour, including holiday payRegular ongoing work availableBased in MeashamAbout You To be considered for this role, you will need: A valid HGV Class 1 (Category C+E) licenceValid CPC and Digital Tachograph CardPrevious Class 1 driving experienceA strong understanding of drivers' hours and road transport regulationsA professional attitude and good communication skillsReliability and a commitment to safe working practicesWhy Apply?
