HGV / Class 2 Driver – Temp to Perm OpportunityLocation: Cumbernauld, Scotland (occasional trips to Manchester & Hull)Rate: £18 per hour - Overtime £22 per hour after 39 hoursHours: Monday – Friday, 37.5 hours per weekContract Type: Temp-to-Perm (initial probationary period via Umbrella or CIS)Are you a reliable, motivated HGV / Class 2 driver looking for a long-term opportunity with a supportive team?
Global Recruitment Group is looking for drivers like you to join a growing company, with the potential to transition into a permanent role.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver façade panels and other materials across Scotland.
- Support occasional stock movements to Manchester and Hull.
- Work as part of a two-person driving team.
- Minimal overnight stays (with some flexibility on rare occasions).
- Assist warehouse colleagues with general duties when not driving.
- Operate a Moffett truck occasionally (training may be funded by the company).
What We’re Looking For
- HGV / Class 2 licence (Moffett truck experience is a bonus, not essential).
- Dependable, professional, and team-oriented.
