Class 2 Volumetric Mixer Driver
Driver Hire Aberdeen is recruiting on behalf of our client for a reliable and experienced HGV Driver to operate a volumetric concrete mixer based in Aberdeen.
This is a varied, hands-on role involving the safe delivery and on-site production of concrete for customers across Aberdeen and the surrounding areas. The successful candidate will provide a professional and efficient service while ensuring the vehicle and equipment are operated safely and maintained to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
Operate a volumetric concrete mixer safely and efficiently.
Deliver and produce concrete on customer sites to specification.
Carry out daily vehicle and equipment checks.
Maintain accurate delivery and production records.
Provide excellent customer service at all times.
Comply with all road transport, health and safety, and company procedures.
Requirements
Valid Class 2 (Cat C) licence.
Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card.
Previous experience operating a volumetric mixer is preferred, although training may be provided for the right candidate.
Good communication and customer service skills.
A flexible and positive approach to work.
Strong commitment to health and safety.
What We Offer
Pay - £15.00£16.50 per hour - depending on experience.
Shift - Mon - Fri - 7am - 5pm - No weekends. No late working.
