Horsham - Owl Beech Lodge About The Role Were looking for reliable and hardworking Estate Services Cleaners to join our frontline Estate Services team, helping to keep our communal areas clean, safe and welcoming for residents.
Estate Services sits at the frontline of our housing service and is often the first and most frequent point of contact for residents. In this role, youll deliver a consistently high-quality cleaning service across internal and external communal areas, helping to maintain standards and identify any repairs or health and safety issues.
Reporting to the local Estate Services Manager, youll carry out a range of cleaning duties using the tools, machinery and equipment provided. This is a practical, hands-on role and youll need to be comfortable undertaking physically demanding work.
About you You take pride in your work and understand the importance of clean, safe communal spaces. Youre reliable, safety conscious and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. You will need: Experience undertaking cleaning duties (communal or similar environments) Experience of working alone and as part of a small team A basic understanding of health
