Job Description CONTRACT CLERK OF WORKS - DV CLEAREDNEW CONTRACT OPPORTUNITY AVAILABLE FOR A DV CLEARED CLERK OF WORKSWatford (On-site)Up to £600 per day (Inside IR35)Initial 6-month contract with strong likelihood of extensionActive UK Developed Vetting (DV) clearance required (MOD)WHAT WILL THE DV CLEARED CLERK OF WORKS BE DOING?We are supporting a major National Security programme and are looking for an experienced DV Cleared Clerk of Works to oversee the delivery of a secure facility fit-out project in West London.
Acting as the client's on-site representative, you'll be responsible for ensuring construction works are delivered to the highest standards of quality, safety and compliance. This is a hands-on role requiring regular inspections, close collaboration with contractors and stakeholders, and meticulous attention to detail throughout the project lifecycle.
WE NEED THE DV CLEARED CLERK OF WORKS TO HAVE...Active UK DV (Developed Vetting) clearance (MOD)Previous experience working as a Clerk of Works, Site Inspector or Quality InspectorExperience overseeing secure construction, defence, government or critical infrastructure projectsStrong understanding of construction quality standards, building regulations and health & safety requirementsAbility to identify defects, monitor contractor performance and produce detailed inspection reportsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsTO BE CONSIDERED...Please either apply by clicking online or email your CV directly to .
