Key Responsibilities:As the primary point of contact for your clients, you will:Act as a dedicated liaison, managing requests and resolving issues promptly and professionallyHandle incoming enquiries efficiently, ensuring exceptional service standardsKeep clients informed and compliant with updates and relevant informationMaintain accurate client records and data integrityCoordinate internally to resolve issues and ensure timely outcomesBuild strong, long-term relationships through reliability, consistency, and clear communicationProactively identify potential challenges and escalate where necessarySkills & Experience Required:Excellent verbal and written communication skillsProven experience in customer service, client account management, or relationship managementPassion for delivering outstanding client serviceConfidence in managing professional client relationships and expectationsHighly organised with exceptional attention to detailStrong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindsetAbility to multitask and work collaboratively within a teamProfessional presentation and a positive, 'can-do' attitudeCompetent IT skills, including MS OfficeFull UK driving licence and own transport (due to location)If you are enthusiastic about providing exceptional service and have the skills and experience outlined above, we would love to hear from you.
