Client Contract Delivery Manager

Overview

In this role you will lead the delivery of contractual commitments for a portfolio of client contracts, partnering with client stakeholders and internal teams to manage risks and drive continuous improvement. You’ll help ensure high client satisfaction and contribute to client retention and growth within a collaborative, hybrid-working environment. You will oversee governance, reporting, training and ESG commitments, from onboarding through ongoing service management. This is a client-facing, impact-focused role at DWF.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary operational contact for client contracts and nurture strong client relationships
• Support strategic account planning and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Manage governance requirements and oversee reporting, training and ESG commitments
• Own contract delivery across the client lifecycle from onboarding to ongoing service management
• Collaborate with operational, Finance and BI teams to monitor SLAs/KPIs, analyze data, manage risks, resolve issues, and identify efficiency and profitability opportunities

Key requirements

• Experience in a client-facing contract, account, service delivery, or relationship management role
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills to influence at all levels
• Commercial acumen with ability to interpret financial, contractual, and performance data
• Proven ability to lead continuous improvement initiatives and implement practical solutions
• Strong organisational skills to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines
• Proactive, customer-focused approach to delivering exceptional client outcomes
