Client Development Manager

Overview

In this role you drive growth by nurturing and expanding UK and EMEA client relationships within Savills’ Client Programme. You will collaborate with Client Advocates, senior stakeholders and specialists to shape strategic client plans, identify commercial opportunities and strengthen client engagement. Acting as a central coordinator across teams, you will maintain momentum, progress opportunities, and support measurable business growth under the Head of Client Development. This is a chance to influence senior leaders and work across a diverse network to deliver outstanding client outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and delivery of strategic client plans
• Identify commercial opportunities and strengthen engagement with key clients
• Shape account strategies using client insight, market intelligence and relationship data
• Support pipeline development and ensure opportunities are progressed
• Act as a central coordinator across multiple teams to drive collaboration
• Maintain momentum and contribute to measurable business growth
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders and specialists across the business
• Report to the Head of Client Development

Key requirements
