The RoleYou'll take ownership of an established portfolio of corporate clients from day one, while identifying opportunities to strengthen existing relationships and generate new business.
Key responsibilities include
Managing an established corporate portfolio with an annual income of approximately 400,000-500,000Building trusted relationships with clients and becoming their strategic insurance AdviserIdentifying opportunities to grow your portfolio through cross-selling, referrals and new business developmentDelivering a consultative approach focused on risk management, business continuity and long-term value rather than purely competing on priceWorking with a diverse client base, including UK businesses with complex and multinational insurance requirementsCollaborating closely with experienced Client Advisors and the wider corporate team to deliver exceptional client outcomesAbout YouWe're keen to speak with experienced Corporate Client Executives who enjoy developing relationships, winning business and delivering expert advice.
You'll ideally have
Experience managing corporate or large, complex commercial insurance clientsA proven track record of retaining and growing client portfoliosA proactive and commercially driven approach to identifying new business opportunitiesStrong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholdersA consultative mindset and the ability to provide strategic insurance adviceDiploma qualified (or working towards it) would be advantageousExperience gained within either a national, global or independent insurance BrokerWhat's on Offer?
