Client Executive

Overview

As a Client Executive at Marsh in London, you lead a multidisciplinary team to deliver insurance and risk management support to complex clients. You will understand client business priorities, coordinate with specialists, and shape renewal strategies while growing the client portfolio. You’ll build multi-level client relationships and ensure delivery of service through the Marsh team, contributing to knowledge sharing and market awareness. Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of complex clients
• Understand clients’ strategic priorities and risk needs, advising with specialists
• Develop and execute renewal/placement strategies with broking and client service teams
• Identify and win prospective clients or project work
• Build and maintain multi-level client relationships, primary day-to-day contact
• Oversee delivery of client service by the Marsh team
• Stay informed on market conditions and contribute to internal knowledge in product line

Key requirements

• Experience in insurance and risk management, preferably in a Client Executive / Account Executive role
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent negotiation and influencing skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organisational skills with multitasking abilities
• Fully competent in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
