Client & External Audit Manager

Overview In this hybrid role, you lead audit, risk, compliance, and information security activities within a global organisation. You will partner with senior leaders, clients, and external auditors to strengthen assurance and drive strategic improvements.

You'll influence third-party assurance strategy and manage programmes across regions, delivering trusted outcomes and enhanced resilience. This position offers broad exposure and an opportunity to shape risk and control maturity while supporting business success.

Pay / Benefits Flexible work arrangements Health and wellbeing rewards Employee share purchase plan with company contribution Extra rewards and team events Supportive, welcoming culture Career hub with rewards and life at Computershare Responsibilities Oversight and facilitation of the client and external audit programme Support the development, implementation and delivery of the Third-Party Assurance (TPA) Strategy in compliance with external guidelines (SOC, ISAE) Maintain an effective and efficient process for Client Assurance requests aligned with company policies Manage a team to deliver the EMEA and APAC TPA Programme ensuring timely audits and mitigation of delivery obstacles Communicate effectively with CPU regional senior management, business heads and clients Key requirements Experience in third-party assurance, audit, risk, and controls Ability to navigate complex regulatory and compliance environments Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills Strategic thinking with delivery focus to drive assurance excellence and continuous improvement Experience partnering with business stakeholders at senior levels Understanding of how enterprise functions work together Understanding of the regulatory landscape collaboration stakeholder management clear communication third-party assurance audit risk
