Job Description ARE YOU THE ONE?We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Client Operations Specialist. You will support the seamless delivery of all client-related operational services from managing travel and accommodation to coordinating events and overseeing the full lifecycle of assets.
You'll be the go-to person for ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. If you're someone who thrives on detail, communicates like a pro, and loves to get things done right the first time - we want to hear from you!
WHAT YOULL BE UP TOManaging the end-to-end asset lifecycle: Acting as the key point ofcontact for client and team queries. Supporting new starter inductionsImplementing booking changes and logistics for events and campaignsRaising and managing purchase ordersCollaborating closely with internal teams and suppliers.
