Overview

In this Client Partner role, you will drive profitable revenue growth and oversee client engagements within the UK retail IT services space. You will build and sustain senior-level relationships, ensure service quality within governance frameworks, and contribute to delivery alongside global delivery centres. You will also coach and develop team members, scale capabilities to match client needs, and balance utilisation with targeted profitability. Responsibilities

• Drive profitable revenue growth for assigned clients
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships at senior levels
• Ensure service quality and governance compliance for clients
• Participate in and support client delivery engagements
• Manage and support career development of team members
• Foster team capability development aligned with market evolution
• Proactively manage team utilisation and service delivery to hit revenue targets

Key requirements

• Experience in IT managed services and consultancy, including outsourcing, systems integration and consulting projects
• Proven track record of business growth and managing relationships in the retail sector
• 5+ years in client-facing or business development roles
• Ability to build senior stakeholder relationships and present to diverse audiences
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with ability to articulate issues
• Creative thinking with attention to detail and ability to explain complex business/technical issues
