Client Solutions Manager, Tech, Telco, Console Gaming

Overview

In this role you will act as a trusted advisor to key Tech, Telco and Console Gaming clients, maximizing TikTok performance through full-funnel solutions and platform innovation. You will own end-to-end client relationships—from onboarding to strategy, execution, optimization and reporting—while collaborating with cross-functional teams to tailor bespoke solutions. You will translate data into ROI-driven insights and educate clients on new tools and measurement products. This is a chance to shape client success at scale on TikTok.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor for key Tech, Telco and Console Gaming clients to maximize performance
• Lead end-to-end client relationships from onboarding to reporting
• Collaborate with Brand Partnerships to support upsells, renewals, and growth
• Analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven insights to improve ROI
• Conduct regular business reviews to identify growth opportunities
• Manage campaign lifecycles with timely asset delivery and spec compliance
• Educate clients on TikTok ad solutions and new tools
• Partner with Product, Marketing Science, Measurement and Creative Lab to scale bespoke solutions
• Contribute to knowledge sharing and scalable best practices across Client Solutions

Key requirements

• Experience in client solutions, account management, or digital advertising with client-facing focus
• Proven ability to manage multi-format campaigns (branding and performance)
• Understanding of ad tracking and attribution tools (Pixel, Events API/CAPI, MMPs)
• Strong analytical mindset translating data into business recommendations
• Hands-on campaign management including set-up, monitoring and optimization
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets; comfortable with visualization tools
• Fluent written/verbal English
