Client Support Analyst – Fintech

Overview

In this role you will provide expert product and service support to clients and internal teams within a fintech trading context. You will resolve complex queries, contribute to service enhancements, and help onboard new clients, aligning with a culture that values client focus and collaboration. Responsibilities

• Develop specialist knowledge of derivative reference data products and onboarding processes
• Be the point of contact for new client onboarding and ongoing support
• Collaborate across teams and escalate tickets to the Support team as needed
• Troubleshoot complex client tickets with prioritization and status updates
• Contribute to living operational run books and coordinate with technical teams

Key requirements

• 1+ years in banking/finance or vendor-side client support/operations
• Experience with Salesforce or ServiceNow
• Some understanding of financial derivatives products
• Strong communication skills, particularly written English
• Experience handling multiple issues daily and researching to provide client answers
• Ability to create client-facing documentation (templates, user guides)
