In this role, you will validate tax documentation, maintain high-quality tax data, and improve operational outcomes through disciplined execution and smart automation. You will join a collaborative team focused on risk management, continuous improvement, and service excellence. Your work will directly support accurate tax treatment and strong client outcomes. As a Client Tax Analyst - Documentation and Onboarding in International Tax Operations, you will manage tax onboarding activities and validate client tax documentation to support compliant processing and a strong client experience. You will work with partners across operations, product, technology, controls, and compliance to keep processes scalable, consistent, and well-controlled. Job responsibilitiesProcess client onboarding activities from a tax documentation and data perspectiveValidate client tax documentation accurately and within defined service timelinesReview documentation for completeness and alignment to applicable tax requirementsMaintain and update tax-related client data to support accuracy and integrityPartner with global teams to ensure consistent processing and handoffsIdentify process gaps, inefficiencies, and recurring documentation issuesImplement or support automation solutions that reduce manual effort and errorsPerform routine data analysis to support documentation, controls, and compliance needsMonitor process controls and escalate issues and risks in a timely mannerTrack work against service level expectations and manage competing prioritiesDocument procedures and contribute to continuous improvement of operating practicesRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skillsDemonstrated administrative and organizational capability in an operations environmentProven ability to deliver high-accuracy work with strong attention to detailAbility to review and validate client documentation against defined requirementsAbility to analyze data, identify exceptions, and communicate findings clearlyClient service mindset with a focus on timely, high-quality deliveryAbility to plan, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a high-volume workflowAbility to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining qualityDemonstrated risk awareness, sound judgment, and timely escalation of issuesClear written and verbal communication skills for internal partner engagementProficiency with spreadsheets and basic data tools used for tracking and analysisAbility to collaborate effectively across functions and global teamsPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skillsExperience in tax operations, client onboarding, or documentation processingFamiliarity with tax documentation workflows supporting withholding or preferential tax treatmentDeveloping experience using AI-powered analytics, workflow automation, or intelligent process tools to drive efficiency gains, reduce manual effort, or improve accuracy in operational processesExperience working with global stakeholders across time zones and functionsDemonstrated focus on data quality management and control-minded processingFamiliarity with regulated operating environments and related control practicesExperience using workflow, case management, or ticketing tools to manage tasks and service levelsJ.P.
