Your future, your benefitsSalary range from £99,000 to £102,000 per yearHolidays rising to 30 days per year with service (plus bank holidays)Annual Support Centre bonus schemePrivate medical insuranceCar Allowance benefitHealth and wellbeing benefits; including a virtual GP service and Employee Assistance Programme helpline which includes free counselling sessionsAccess to fantastic discounts at cinemas, major retail brands, restaurants and coffee chains - simple and easy to access making it possible to save hundreds of pounds a yearRecognition schemes including Support Centre Heroes and service awardsYour future, your roleAs a Clinical Director, youll be: Owning the process for clinical calls with candidates to ensure calls are thorough and consistent, contribute to a great candidate experience, and enable appropriate selection and onboarding decisionsOwning delivery and drive continuous improvement of the clinical touchpoints in the onboarding process, enabling tailored induction, development and mentoring requirements to be identified and considered during a clinicians journey into mydentistPartnering effectively with the Academy in the ongoing development of induction and paid-for course offeringsProviding leadership to Clinical Development Advisors aligned to the AcademyLeading the interface with Central Operations, providing clinical input to operational efficiency strategies and interventions including diary management, patient-first metrics, referrals, recalls and extended opening hoursCollaborating with Customer and Marketing leadership to support development and implementation of customer/patient communication strategies, AI call handling, online booking and eventsOwning the curation and periodic review of clinical policies and procedures, engaging and coordinating with clinical colleagues to ensure they remain relevant, accessible and adhered toActing as an ambassador for mydentist internally and in the wider dental communityKnowledge and ExperienceGeneral Dental Council (GDC) registration, and significant clinical practise experience in the UK is essentialProven experience in a leadership role in a clinical environmentExtensive and demonstrable knowledge of statutory regulations relating to dentistrySound understanding of business and commercial environment and the need for effective management and controlsSkillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsHighly collaborative, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationshipsProven ability to take responsibility for keeping skills and knowledge up to dateAbility to grow and maintain professional network to drive business forwardProcess-oriented, with ability to identify and implement improvement opportunitiesEnjoy being part of a team thats passionate about supporting our practices and ultimately heling the nation smile.
