About Your New Job As Clinical Applications Specialist,
you will
Offer procedural and product expertise to selected accounts in Ulster Clinic and Ulster Hospital, building strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders through case protocols, observations, and educational events. Develop, support, and maintain customer relationships, delivering clinical training for surgeons and nurse teams.
Drive procedure utilization within accounts, reporting outcomes and providing application support for the installation/service team. Represent the company during clinical evaluations, demonstrations, tender processes, and trade shows, including activities in both Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland.
Support the commercial team in identifying new business, reviewing account potential, and passing on leads for new products and opportunities. Maintain a thorough knowledge of products, competitor activities, and market trends, supplying timely intelligence to management.
Ensure accurate territory records, up-to-date training documentation, and effective use of CRM/internal systems. What Skills You Need Healthcare background is essential. Clinical and product expertise across healthcare environments and workflows, with strong understanding of medical and laboratory instruments.
Ability to build immediate trust with medical staff, confidently train clinicians, and translate technical specifications into actionable clinical insights. Autonomous working style: able to prioritise workload and manage customer expectations in a high-pressure clinical setting.
Excellent interpersonal skills, organisation, and attention to detail. Flexible for frequent travel across assigned territory, including occasional support in Dublin and 2 weeks training in USA Whats on Offer Competitive salary (£45k£55k DOE) plus up to £10k bonus.
