Overview Clinical Deputy Manager – Heathland Court Care Home, 56 Parkside, Wimbledon, London, SW19 5NJ Up to £52,998 - Depending on experience. Permanent - 40 hours per week. Monday to Friday. Occasional night visits or weekend work may be required.

Heathland Court Bupa Care Home has a Good CQC rating, with facilities for residential, nursing care, respite and short stay, Parkinson’s, day care, recovery post op and palliative care. Responsibilities Overseeing and assisting all aspects of nursing care/activities within the home.
With the help of your team, create and update individual care plans for residents, maintaining clear, accurate and up-to-date medication records. Ensure adequate staffing is always maintained within the home. Provide day-to-day support and guidance to the team — promoting residents’ independence, choice, and dignity.
Build lasting relationships with residents and their families, and foster a sense of community within the home. Develop strong relationships with local partners and liaise with them to raise the care home’s profile locally and beyond. Qualifications Valid UK NMC pin and commitment to the NMC Codes of Conduct
