Your future, your benefitsSalary ranges from £99,000 to £102,000 per annum (pro rata)Holidays rising to 30 days per year with service (plus bank holidays)Annual Support Centre bonus schemePrivate medical insuranceCompany car benefitHealth and wellbeing benefits; including a virtual GP service and Employee Assistance Programme helpline which includes free counselling sessionsAccess to fantastic discounts at cinemas, major retail brands, restaurants and coffee chains - simple and easy to access making it possible to save hundreds of pounds a yearRecognition schemes including Support Centre Heroes and service awardsYour future, your roleAs a Clinical Director, youll be: Provide clinical leadership to strategic programmes and transformation initiativesLead clinical workstreams or specific projects where clinical expertise is required, assigning and overseeing clinical resource to support where relevantEnsure new processes, systems and ways of working are clinically safe, practical and support excellent patient careDevelop strong and collaborative relationships with senior leaders, clinicians and corporate colleagues to deliver shared objectivesBuild credibility and influence across corporate and operational teams to ensure clinical considerations are reflected appropriately in strategic initiativesTranslate complex clinical issues into clear, actionable business recommendations for senior stakeholdersUnderstand the needs of clinicians across the organisation and identify opportunities to improve their experience and effectivenessEnsure corporate services are designed with clinicians and patients needs in mind and deliver measurable valueChampion high standards of clinical quality, patient safety and professional practiceKnowledge and ExperienceGeneral Dental Council (GDC) registration, and significant clinical practise experience in the UK is essentialProven experience in a leadership role in a clinical environmentExtensive and demonstrable knowledge of statutory regulations relating to dentistrySound understanding of business and commercial environment and the need for effective management and controlsSkillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsHighly collaborative, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationshipsProven ability to take responsibility for keeping skills and knowledge up to dateAbility to grow and maintain professional network to drive business forwardStrong attention to detail, able to identify risks particularly where business stakeholders do not have the clinical knowledge to do soEnjoy being part of a team thats passionate about supporting our practices and ultimately heling the nation smile.
