Clinical Lead – Elderly Care Nursing Service Location: Chertsey, Surrey Salary: £52,000 per annum Qualification: RGN Required (Active NMC Pin Essential) Compass Associates are proud to be working in partnership with a well-established provider of elderly care, who are seeking an experienced Clinical Lead to join the leadership team at one of their established nursing services in Surrey .

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Registered Nurse to take ownership of clinical standards, governance and quality improvement within a supportive elderly care environmen t. The service provides nursing, dementia and residential care, and is looking for a strong clinical leader who can work closely with the wider management team to maintain high standards of care, support regulatory compliance and continue developing the servi ce.

This role would suit an experienced Clinical Lead, Clinical Deputy Manager, Nurse Manager or Senior Nurse who is looking for the opportunity to make a genuine impact, lead clinical improvements and support teams to deliver outstanding resident outco mes.

The RoleAs Clinical Lead, you will:Provide strong clinical leadership and oversight across the ser vice. Work closely with the Home Manager and wider leadership team to support quality improvem ents. Take responsibility for clinical governance, audits and compliance proce sses.

Oversee medication management processes and ensure best practice is embe dded. Monitor clinical standards, care planning and documenta tion. Support the implementation of improvement plans and drive positive ch ange. Lead, coach and develop nurses and care t eams.

Promote a culture of openness, accountability and continuous improve ment. Build strong relationships with residents, relatives, colleagues and external professio nals. Candidate Require mentsTo be considered for this role, you must have:RGN qualification with an active NMC Pin.Previous experience working within an elderly care nursing environ ment.

Experience working as a Clinical Lead, Clinical Deputy Manager, Nurse Manager, Senior Nurse or similar senior clinical role. Strong understanding of clinical governance, audits and quality assur ance. Experience supporting regulatory compliance and CQC requirem ents.

Confidence managing medication governance and clinical stand ards. Experience leading, coaching and developing nursing t eams. Excellent communication, leadership and organisational sk ills.A proactive, approachable and hands-on leadership s tyle.
