Brainkind is seeking an exceptional Clinical Team Manager to provide operational and clinical leadership at Stagenhoe , our specialist neurological care centre in Hertfordshire. This is a key leadership role responsible for driving clinical excellence, leading multidisciplinary nursing teams, embedding high-quality care standards and ensuring outstanding outcomes for people living with complex neurological conditions and acquired brain injuries.

Our experienced multidisciplinary team delivers high-quality rehabilitation, specialist nursing and person-centred care within a supportive, therapeutic environment focused on helping every individual achieve the greatest possible independence and quality of life.
The Opportunity As Clinical Team Manager, you'll provide day-to-day leadership across the nursing workforce, ensuring the safe, effective and compassionate delivery of high-quality clinical care. Working closely with the Head of Care and wider multidisciplinary team, you'll lead Registered Nurses and Healthcare Assistants, oversee clinical governance, workforce planning, quality improvement and service delivery while maintaining exceptional standards of patient care.
This is a highly visible leadership position requiring someone who is clinically credible, operationally organised and passionate about developing teams. Key Responsibilities Clinical Leadership Lead, motivate and develop a team of Registered Nurses and Healthcare Assistants Promote a culture of clinical excellence, accountability and continuous improvement Act as a senior clinical role model, supporting best practice across the service Ensure safe, effective and evidence-based care is consistently delivered Patient Care
